Acquisition of Rocom Network Services Limited
HMT Corporate Finance, led by partner Bruce Morrison, acted as lead advisors to T-Liaison Limited in its acquisition of Rocom Network Services Limited for an undisclosed consideration.
RNS is based in Wetherby, near Leeds and is a telecommunications service provider for a number of dealers and resellers, which are based throughout the UK.
Bruce Morrison commented, “T-Liaison have acquired an established market player and with their added impetus, this should see RNS continue to grow and become a significant player in the market”.
