Investment in Yospace by Catapult Venture Managers
HMT Corporate Finance, led by partner Simon Jordan and manager Catherine Lister, advised Catapult Venture Managers Limited on their investment in Yospace Enterprises Limited.
Yospace is a mobile applications innovator and platform provider which was established in 1999 and whose latest product is yospaceCDS, a platform for digital publishers, mobile applications developers and mobile operators which enables online video content to be delivered seamlessly to mobile devices.
Previously part of EMAP and later Bauer, Yospace was acquired by its management team, led by Tim Sewell and David Springall, in 2009.
